Agreement and Authorization
By signing and submitting this form, I hereby:
Apply to Atlass Portfolios Limited for the opening and maintenance of an investment, securities trading, portfolio management, or related financial services account.
Confirm that all information, documents, and details provided by me in connection with this application are true, accurate, complete, and current to the best of my knowledge.
Authorize Atlass Portfolios Limited to accept, act upon, and execute instructions, requests, and communications received from my registered email address, telephone number, online account, mobile application, or any other communication channel approved by me, without requiring further verification unless deemed necessary by the company.
Acknowledge and agree that I shall be solely responsible for all investment decisions, trading instructions, purchase and sale orders, portfolio allocations, account activities, transaction authorizations, password management, access credentials, and any actions performed through my account or authorized communication channels.
Confirm that I understand and accept all risks associated with investing and trading in financial instruments, including but not limited to equities, bonds, mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, treasury instruments, and other investment products offered or facilitated by Atlass Portfolios Limited.
Acknowledge that neither Atlass Portfolios Limited, nor their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, affiliates, partners, or service providers guarantee the performance, profitability, or suitability of any investment, nor shall they be liable for any losses, damages, costs, expenses, or liabilities arising from:
Market fluctuations or investment losses;
Delays, interruptions, or failures in communication systems, internet services, software, or trading platforms;
Unauthorized access resulting from my failure to safeguard my account credentials;
Errors in instructions provided by me or my authorized representatives;
Actions taken in good faith based on instructions reasonably believed to have originated from me.
Agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atlass Portfolios Limited, including their directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and representatives, against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from my breach of these terms, provision of inaccurate information, unauthorized use of my account, or any instruction submitted through my authorized channels.
Confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the applicable Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure Statements, and all relevant regulatory requirements governing the services provided by Atlass Portfolios Limited.
Consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of my personal information for the purposes of account administration, regulatory compliance, service delivery, customer support, and other lawful business purposes in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Understand that Atlass Portfolios Limited reserve the right to decline, suspend, restrict, or terminate my account or any service at their discretion where required by law, regulation, internal policy, or risk management considerations.
