Sammy is a cost engineer and an entrepreneur with about 20 years’ experience in project planning, execution, cost analysis, value engineering and construction economics. He has his 1st degree in Quantity Survey from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and Post Graduate from Havard Business School.
He has been involved in design, construction and development of the following projects: Emilyville Estates, Abuja; Ferry Routes in Lagos; Storm Water Deflooding Channels in Lagos; Mass Housing Development for the governments of Osun and Rivers State; securing a $200million medium term construction equipment financing; procuring 50% of Asferro Ltd from Ferrostal Ag; forming DPF ltd a 300 ton pipe mill for the production of welded and seamless pipes; dualization of (46) Osogbo-Ikirun-Ila-Odo-Dagbolu road project, Osun State; construction of 3 models schools in Oyo state; provision of open access fiber-optic broadband infrastructure to South-West Nigeria; provision of engineering infrastructure to Mbora District, Abuja-FCT.

Canice obtained a BSc. degree in Economics from the University of Calabar in 2006. He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria (ICEN) and a student Member of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS).
He is the Chief Compliance Officer of Atlass Portfolios Limited. Prior to joining Atlass Portfolios, he started his stockbroking career with LeadCapital Securities Limited in 2006 where he was the Head, Registrars and Operational Desk. His outstanding performance at LeadCapital earned him an award as Best Staff of the year for two consecutive years.
He was also the Chief Compliance officer at MorganCapital Securities Limited between August 2017 – August 2021 where he oversees the operations and customer service of the organization.
In 2009, he joined Northbridge Investment & Trust Limited, an Abuja based, stockbroking firm, where he was the Branch Operation Manager at its Lagos office.
